T-Riffic Student Gifts for Summer

As an end of the year long-term sub, I haven't had a lot of time to develop deep relationships with my primary aged students this school year. However, I still want to acknowledge their impact on me and end their experience with a thoughtful gift. On the penultimate day of school, putting together a last minute gift was not an easy challenge, but it is one I feel I conquered. For $3.50 I was able to buy 18 plastic dinosaurs. For $2.99 I bought a package of gift tags, and POOF! I sprinkled some fairy dust and put together a memorable and appropriate gift for my class. The baggies are actually trimmed quart-sized plastic baggies I had in my pantry, and I bought enough dinosaurs for each to receive three. Especially in a district where I cannot gift food items, I was excited to be happy with my contribution to the last day of school. xoxo
